Oh, so the pretty boy was also a reincarnator…that explains a lot. Shouldn’t have set his sights on a harem member of the actual MC though. That’s just asking for a good bonking.

BniX • 1 year ago

U just never know...

Touching a harem member of the MC is found out to be the 8th Deadliest Sin one could commit in an isekai world lol...

Con D Oriano • 1 year ago

Still he was considered lucky, imagine he reincarnated into heal hero world instead. Man he would get some serious healing

That wanna be mc lucky he ain't in Neuronist Hands.

Kinda not an end that I would like to see, but getting him to see fight another Rank S adventure would be nice to look forward in season 2.

the_shepherd • 1 year ago

heal hero world? can you not even remember the name of the anime lol its redo of healer world you mean. For an overused meme some people don't even know the anime lol. Also I don't think nothing would've happened to that guy unless he'd aim for someone from Keyaru's party(MC of redo healer if you forgot that name).

Yikes, u said it once and I got flashbacks, the second one I'm considering cyber bullying

the_shepherd • 1 year ago

twice?

Dragnorock • 1 year ago

Must of read it twice.

the_shepherd • 1 year ago

No I did mention it twice. In the first sentence normally and in the second sentence in parentheses ( )

Lmao I see what your doing here trying to make me point out the fact that you said it in the second sentence and in the () section. Both times redo of healer is mentioned.

... Fuck he got me

the_shepherd • 1 year ago

I see what you mean.

Ori Klein • 1 year ago

Redo's world is pretty much medieval crapsack.
And he wouldn't have special powers necessarily given those are a one in ten thousand or something for few "chosen heroes" only.
So he'd be pretty F'd, at best he'd get to be a farmer with a peaceful life, or a conscript with a short life, otherwise.

Dragnorock • 1 year ago

Redo of healer is pretty shit tier story telling. How does "healing" the earth rewind time on the planet? And from the looks of the spell, even with the assistance of the bs gem from the demon lord no way it combined with his ability had enough power to pull it off. It only affected the planet. So everything else in the universe would of stayed the same. He would never have had the opportunity to get the magical eyes after his lazy reset, since the astrological calendar would be years past. Then purposely let himself get raped and treated like shit all over again. And no one noticed that the king was not human? He honestly could of done things a lot better.

Ori Klein • 1 year ago

You've aimed your reply at me. I suspect you've had the wrong person tagged.

Dragnorock • 1 year ago

I am not sure who its "aimed" at. I was pretty blitzed that day. I wanna say it looks like I was chiming in on the conversation. So it could of been to anyone in the thread or just my thoughts on the series and drunk me just wanted to share.

CrashBruh • 1 year ago

Not to mention, that it's not even an isekai but people always seem to bring it up whenever there's a discussion about isekai. It's just plain fantasy, no one got reincarnated or summoned to that world, just an unlucky kid who returned to the past and started his quest for revenge and seggs, thats it.

s0m1na • 1 year ago

Harder, harder Keyaru-sama!

Denji The Knot Devil • 1 year ago

It's called " Redo of Healer ", and thanks for reminding me about that awesome anime! Can't believe I forgot about one of the most vengeful, vindictive MC's to ever grace us anime fans.

Aladdin727 • 1 year ago

bro did you not see whats happening to him in this show? Yeah its safe to say that its just as bad

Alexander D. Montblanc • 1 year ago

I swear all these shows this season, probably going back some years now, idk haven't watched much of anything since 2018, are all copies of each other. The other one about dungeons and adventurers, the one with a cultured version, has scenes that are almost carbon copy. Buying a slave demi-human girl, living in an inn but later buying a house, buying a house specifically to use a bath, the same theme of going to lenghts to have japanese food (this one is maybe as old as the isekai genre itself). Only that one was all about buying slave girls, and this one is a mix. You watch one of these shows and you watch all of them. I guess japanese authors really just have no shame when it comes to writing a ton of stories that constantly borrow/copy from each other.

Jakk Frost • 1 year ago

True. Just look at Redo of Healer. It's almost a one-to-one clone of Shield Hero, in terms of basic plot points and characters. Details differ, obviously, but it's like the Redo author thought "This is how I would have written Shield Hero!".

I mean you've got the non-attacker "hero" MC who is betrayed and wants revenge, who makes money by being a traveling merchant, you've got the "good" princess, bad princess, beast-girl, girl with wings who is future royalty, and three other "heroes" who are antagonistic to the MC.

There's other similar plot points as well, like the land/water being corrupted by a decaying monster carcass, and the MC curing the corruption.

Still, there are enough differences that I enjoy both, unlike Infinite Stratos and Hundred. Hundred bugged me the whole time I watched it because I felt like I'd already seen it, which was impossible, since it had just finished airing. It wasn't just a plot-clone of IS, it was like they'd traced entire scenes and settings.

*Redo of healer flashbacks* :)

Byno • 1 year ago

...only the 8th? What are the other 7 that are ranked higher?

Scorpi Corn • 1 year ago

he is not talking abt 8th in terms of a ranking. There are 7 deadly sins and this would be the 8th because 8 is right after 7 LOL

Paisho • 1 year ago

Pretty sure that's covered under lust. Awakening mc's wrath... not that it needed any awakening XD

Pretty Boy: "I reincarnated to be a harem MC in this life!"
Kelvin: "Nah. You are nobody"
And then he proceeded to show him place lol

Archie Andrew's 1000 • 1 year ago

He totally deserved that torture in the end 😤😤

Ori Klein • 1 year ago

It's a common trope to make him blame MC for his disposition instead of himself, because blaming others is easy and accountability and admission of your choices being wrong is hard, and cultivate him into an ultimate nemesis who'd pursue him for revenge for "what he has done to me".

Kunare • 1 year ago

So pretty boy is woke.

Ruvion • 1 year ago

That torture ranks up there with overlord. Wasn't expecting that in this type of anime. However, for even as much of an ass as he was, that was a bit extreme.

Hiro • 1 year ago

i think that cunning antagonist will make him into some cursed monster with the desire of revenge... would be a good main antagonist for the season 2 as well.. hm hm

QuadL • 1 year ago

This is accurrate. The other general not only had the charmed girlz , who were actually members of the guard BTW, released which allows them to vent their wrath on the charmer but he intends to devolve the summoned guy into his monstrously powerful tool.

NYEIIFOCUS • 1 year ago

Didn't show in the anime but the reason he was weaker was because he waisted skill points on becoming a pretty boy

Just a passing by bear • 1 year ago

It was a good run

Archie Andrew's 1000 • 1 year ago

He's asking to get ieskai*ed life totally obliterated

RAWRRR • 1 year ago

The whole reason MC was summoned was because all the reincarnators in this story were pieces of shit, there are more but basically according to the goddess they have no interest in helping the world, they got their powers and just did whatever they wanted, upsetting the balance

Douglas Stewart • 1 year ago

That's not just a good bonking....

That's a death wish.

joblesshobo • 1 year ago

He went straight for the head to kill that guy without a second thought. A rare occurrence for anime MC.

MrBojingo • 1 year ago

because its the best course of action for someone like him. He's too dangerous to be kept locked up. Tbh, what happened to him at the end was one of my favorite punishments. Although, its not the ULTIMATE punishment. He needs to be humiliated in public. Public humiliation is the worst punishment for narcissistic people like him. Even worse then death. But torment like that is 2nd best. At least he's not dead. So this is punishment. Even if he doesnt realize it.

QuadL • 1 year ago

There is a purpose in the punishment. To transform him into a monster that the other general can control.

Alexander D. Montblanc • 1 year ago

It's not really public humiliation, the fact that multiple people are participating in the punishment doesn't make it into public humiliation, that kind of punishment has very specific elements simply absent from this.

TapChaka • 1 year ago

I mean it's not uncommon.
